- 10 Figs (soft but not mushy)
- Dark chocolate (1⁄2 cup)
- Sea salt (1⁄2 tsp)
Rinse figs with water then dry with a paper towel. In a medium bowl, add the dark chocolate and then microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir the dark chocolate to make sure it’s melted through, then dip half of each fig and place them on parchment paper. Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top of each fig, then set aside to let the chocolate harden for 1-2 hours.
