- Oats (2 cups)
- Sliced almonds (1 cup)
- Pumpkin seeds (1⁄2 cup)
- Coconut oil (1⁄4 cup)
- Honey (1⁄4 cup)
- Raw maple syrup (1⁄4 cup)
- Flax seeds (2 TBS)
- Hemp seeds (2 TBS)
- Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
- Cinnamon (1⁄2 tsp)
- Salt (1⁄4 tsp)
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix flax seeds, hemp seeds, honey, oats, pumpkin seeds, raw maple syrup, and sliced almonds.
- Once mixed, stir in cinnamon, coconut oil, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Line a baking pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper, then spread the mixture across the pan.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
