Serves 1, Vegetarian, GDRx Veggie Week
- Quinoa (1⁄2 cup)
- Almond milk (3⁄4 cup)
- Berries (fresh or frozen)(1 handful)
- Cinnamon (1⁄2 tsp)
- Vanilla (1⁄2 tsp)
Combine quinoa, almond milk, cinnamon, and vanilla into a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to low, then cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until milk is absorbed. Once absorbed, remove from heat and top with berries of your choice and a drizzle of honey.
