Roasted Cauliflower

  • 1⁄2 Medium head of cauliflower
  • Cumin (1⁄2 tsp)
  • Garlic powder (1⁄2 tsp)
  • Onion powder (1⁄2 tsp)
  • Paprika (1⁄2 tsp)
  • Chili powder (1⁄8 tsp)

 

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Rinse cauliflower head with water then dry. Remove stem, then cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large mixing bowl, add cauliflower florets, spices, and a drizzle of olive oil then toss to combine. Add the spiced cauliflower to a lightly oiled baking pan, then bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
