Have a Healthier Thanksgiving

Though Thanksgiving will likely feel a little different this year, we are still looking forward to delicious food, seeing close family and friends, giving thanks for all the blessings in our lives, and slowing down and spending time together. It has been a year of change and uncertainty and though the holidays may feel different this year while we are social distancing, we encourage you to embrace the magic and joy of the season and if you cannot see family and friends in person, celebrate together virtually!

Did we mention that we are excited about the Thanksgiving meal?! While traditional Thanksgiving dishes are full of processed ingredients, sugar, gluten and dairy it is totally possible to make delicious, health-promoting, nutrient-dense, allergen-free, low-glycemic alternatives that your friends and family will love.
