Simple Flavored Shake

Serves 1, Low Carb, Vegetarian

 

Chai

  • Complete Cleanse vanilla (2 scoops)
  • Water (10-12 oz)
  • BetterStevia® Chai Spice liquid sweetener (5-8 drops) Peppermint Cookie

 

Lemon

  • Complete Cleanse vanilla (2 scoops)
  • Water (10-12 oz)
  • BetterStevia® Lemon Drop liquid sweetener (5-8 drops)

 

Toffee

  • Complete Cleanse chocolate (2 scoops)
  • Water (10-12 oz)
  • BetterStevia® English To!ee liquid sweetener (5-8 drops)

 

Add ingredients along with ice (if desired) to a blender then blend to combine or shake well in a shaker bottle.
