Margaux Cousturian is a dedicated and experienced Physician Associate (PA-C) with a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Mercer University. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Georgia, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Honors. Margaux brings a wealth of expertise in integrative and functional medicine to her role at Forum Health Knoxville, where she specializes in hormone therapy, autoimmunity, weight loss, and preventive health.
Margaux has built a reputation for her leadership in gastrointestinal (GI) and autoimmune treatments. Margaux is also a published researcher, with her work featured in PLOS ONE, exploring treatments for bowel conditions. She has completed advanced training in functional medicine through the Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice (AFMCP) program and is working toward certification with the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM).
