Emily Rodriguez CNM, APNP, academic journey includes a Master of Science in Nursing from Marquette University, where she also earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. She holds board certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB), further establishing her commitment to excellence in her field.
Emily Rodriguez was born and raised in Wisconsin, she has spent the last 6 years as a full scope Certified Nurse Midwife, providing comprehensive care to women during various stages of their lives. Prior to her midwifery career, Emily worked as a registered nurse in the field of surgical oncology, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in healthcare.
Outside of her professional life, Emily finds fulfillment in her role as a devoted wife and mother of five children. Together, they embrace a lifestyle that revolves around gardening, homeschooling, and exploring the scenic beauty of Wisconsin’s state parks.
Emily’s journey into functional and integrative medicine began during her teenage years when she faced complications following emergency surgery. Seeking holistic alternatives, she and her family discovered integrative medicine, which has since become an essential aspect of her personal life for the past 20 years. Combining her personal experience with her professional expertise, Emily decided to embrace functional and integrative medicine to provide her clients with a more comprehensive and holistic approach to well-being.
Emily’s clinical focus centers on supporting women through life’s transitions, including puberty, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. Through her affiliation with Forum, she looks forward to making a positive impact on her clients’ lives, supporting their well-being and empowering them to lead healthier and happier lives.

Specializing in Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, menstrual health, and fertility optimization, pregnancy and postpartum. She also brings a personal focus on autoimmune diseases, with a specific emphasis on thyroid health and gut health.
