Elizabeth Campbell is a recognized leader, entrepreneur and investor known for creating, building and growing companies and delivering value with 20 years of operating and investing leadership roles in healthcare services and technology. She is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, Director and CEO, with a track record of success in fundraising and M&A. Currently, Elizabeth services as an Independent Advisor, Consultant and Director to private equity firms and growth stage companies in healthcare services and technology.

Elizabeth co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of myOrthos, a regional leader of orthodontic clinics, from 2019-2023. Elizabeth formed the investment thesis and raised institutional private equity and senior debt to consolidate the highly fragmented $20 billion orthodontic industry. Guided by myOrthos’ mission and vision, Elizabeth completed 37 acquisitions to create a platform of 88 clinics across 14 states. After closing the foundational acquisition in February 2020, she led the company through COVID with positive cash flow. She curated the leadership team, managing all aspects of the business including 75 orthodontists and 700 employees. She implemented a consumer pricing program, increasing ACV by double digits. Under her leadership, myOrthos established industry-leading strategic partnerships and started over 50,000 patients in treatment with an NPS score of 84 and average google star rating of 4.8/5.0. myOrthos was acquired by Smile Doctors in 2025.

Prior to founding myOrthos, Elizabeth served as a private equity investor focused on investments in healthcare services. She led due diligence, valuation, and execution of growth equity investments in healthcare services and technology companies. As an investor, Elizabeth was actively involved with management, the board, and lenders. Earlier in her career, she led commercial efforts at AG Mednet, a technology company serving the clinical trials sector. She started her career at the Boston Consulting Group.
