Alicia Barkholtz, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner who serves patients virtually, primarily supporting individuals in Wisconsin, Tennessee, California, Illinois, Iowa, Florida, and Texas. She specializes in hormone therapy and medical weight loss, combining a functional approach with her extensive clinical experience to support her patients on their health journeys.

Alicia’s practice style is collaborative, working closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that balance happiness and health, recognizing that it’s unique for each individual. Her passion for integrative medicine began during her undergraduate studies when a close family member became seriously ill and conventional medicine couldn’t provide answers. After turning to holistic care and seeing the remarkable impact it had on her loved one’s recovery, she became committed to the principles of integrative and functional medicine.

Outside of the practice, Alicia is an outdoor enthusiast who loves running, hunting, fishing, and spending time in nature. She cherishes time with her husband, Jordan, their energetic springer spaniel, Kip, and their wonderful daughter, Haven.
