Aimee has nearly 20 years of experience as a nurse, including 3 years of Active Duty in the Army. She is also a professional chef and certified functional medicine nutritionist. As a nurse, she specialized in maternal child health and NICU. She has many years of service as a personal chef, cooking wholesome meals for busy families. As most of her clients required specialized diets due to illness, injury, and weight loss, Aimee discovered that her skills and passion for health and food could be used to help people improve their quality of life. This is what led her to functional medicine nutrition.
