Adam Puttkammer is a seasoned healthcare executive with a passion for advancing precision health. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, nutraceuticals, and software development, Adam has a proven track record of driving business objectives and streamlining operations.  

Adam began his career in healthcare working in a hospital lab, where he managed an expansion project that quickly grew into a significant revenue generator. He then joined Ortho Molecular Products, where he gained valuable experience in developing new territories, expanding teams, and acquiring new business.  

In 2014, Adam joined Power2Practice, a startup dedicated to helping medical practices improve their business and simplify care through its specialized EMR and practice-management platform. As president, Adam played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, which now serves more than 1.4 million patients.  

Adam later expanded his role within Power2Practice to join Forum Health as Vice President of Client Strategy and Development, then Chief Operating Officer, before assuming his current position as President. In this role, Adam continues to streamline operations and business models to drive Forum Health’s objectives, ensuring the best service for practitioners, patients, and partners. He remains President of Power2Practice, Inwell Biosciences, and Forum Health, showcasing his dedication to advancing healthcare innovation and delivery. 

EDUCATION 

Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and pre-med from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Master of Business Administration from National-Louis University.
