- Turkey (ground, 99% lean)(1.33 lb)
- Green beans (1 lb)
- 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
- Coconut aminos (4 TBS)
- Ginger (minced)(2 TBS)
- Rice vinegar (2 TBS)
- Sesame oil (1 TBS)
- Coconut oil (4 tsp)
- Asian chili garlic paste (2 tsp)
Preheat the oven to broil. On a baking sheet, toss the green beans with half the coconut oil. Broil for 4 minutes, then shake the pan and broil for 2-4 more minutes until tender and beginning to char. Meanwhile, heat the remaining coconut oil along with the sesame oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the ground turkey, garlic, and ginger. Cook stirring until turkey is brown and fully cooked, 4-5 minutes. Add green beans, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and Asian chili garlic paste then stir and cook for 1 minute.
