Led by Dr. Joshua D. Joshua D. Dobstaff, MD specializes in the field of preventive and integrative medicine. With an unwavering dedication to patient care, Dr. Dobstaff has made significant contributions to the health and well-being of individuals, earning him a distinguished reputation within the medical community.

Dr. Dobstaff received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from St. Georges University in Grenada. He then pursued specialized training in preventive and integrative medicine, recognizing the importance of addressing the root causes of health issues and promoting proactive approaches to well-being.

Throughout his career, Dr. Dobstaff has gained extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. His expertise lies in developing personalized treatment plans that integrate conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies, thereby offering patients a comprehensive approach to their health concerns. Driven by a strong belief in the importance of preventive care, he strives to educate individuals on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, exercise, and stress management, empowering them to take charge of their own health.

Shelly L. Garcia is a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) and specializes in wellness and aesthetic medicine. With a deep passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering exceptional medical services, Shelly plays an integral role in providing comprehensive healthcare solutions to patients of all ages.

With several years of experience in the medical field, Shelly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a PA-C. She earned her Physician Assistant certification from South University, in Savannah, GA following her Bachelor of Science in – Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina University. Shelly consistently strives to stay at the forefront of medical advancements and best practices, continually expanding her skills through ongoing professional development and attending industry conferences and workshops.

Shelly offers a holistic approach to patient care, combining her extensive medical knowledge with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor. She believes in building strong relationships with her patients, actively listening to their concerns, and tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs. Shelly’s warm and approachable nature helps create a supportive and comfortable environment for her patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care throughout their healthcare journey.

Kristin Timpy is a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in healthcare, specializing in family medicine, women’s health, cardiology, and functional medicine. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Monmouth University, where she specialized as an Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seton Hall University, graduating with honors. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a specialization in Molecular Cell Physiology, receiving several academic honors, including the Sigma Xi Biological Honors Award.

 

Kristin spent the first ten years of her career practicing cardiology in New York City and New Jersey before relocating to North Carolina in 2016. It was during this time, after navigating personal challenges with her daughter’s health, that she transitioned into integrative and functional medicine—a shift that ignited her passion for personalized, holistic healthcare. As an Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Provider, Kristin approaches each patient with a focus on addressing the root cause of illness, offering comprehensive care for conditions such as gut health, autoimmune disease, diabetes management, cardiac risk stratification, immune support in oncology, and toxin exposure.

 

On a personal note, Kristin lives with Celiac Disease and Hashimoto’s Disease—conditions she shares with one of her children. This personal health journey has profoundly shaped her approach to wellness, guiding how she cares for both her family and her patients. Married to her high school sweetheart, Kristin and her husband are raising three children, three dogs, and two bunnies. In her free time, she enjoys paddleboarding, weightlifting, Pilates, yoga, and traveling, though much of her schedule is spent at youth travel ice hockey, volleyball, and soccer tournaments.

Ashley Webster is a dedicated Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) with over six years of specialized experience in women’s health, along with a cumulative 15 years of comprehensive expertise in healthcare supervision and direct patient care. With advanced training in aesthetic medicine and a strong foundation in primary care, Ashley brings a unique blend of skills to her practice. Her clinical proficiency encompasses a wide range of areas including family planning, STD diagnosis and treatment, prenatal and postpartum care, hormone replacement therapy, and chronic condition management. Ashley’s commitment to patient care is evident in her ability to establish meaningful connections with her patients, leading to positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.
