Dr. Dobstaff received his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from St. Georges University in Grenada. He then pursued specialized training in preventive and integrative medicine, recognizing the importance of addressing the root causes of health issues and promoting proactive approaches to well-being.

Throughout his career, Dr. Dobstaff has gained extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. His expertise lies in developing personalized treatment plans that integrate conventional medicine with evidence-based complementary therapies, thereby offering patients a comprehensive approach to their health concerns. Shelly L. Garcia is a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) and specializes in wellness and aesthetic medicine. With several years of experience in the medical field, Shelly brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a PA-C. She earned her Physician Assistant certification from South University, in Savannah, GA following her Bachelor of Science in – Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina University. Shelly consistently strives to stay at the forefront of medical advancements and best practices, continually expanding her skills through ongoing professional development and attending industry conferences and workshops.

Christine Lupienski Bio

Christine Lupienski is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has over 28 years of extensive nursing experience and 19 years of advanced experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a variety of private practices, clinics and hospital settings in North Carolina and Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with her Master of Science degree in Nursing and has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. Her background includes Family Medicine, Anti-Aging, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Allergy.

Christine has a Functional Medicine care approach using specialized laboratory assessments to identify imbalances and building an individualized plan of care to restore physiological function Christine specializes in Primary Care for her patients with acute and chronic disorders. Her expertise includes specialty in Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy for Men and Women, Menopausal Management, Anxiety, Depression, Autoimmune Disorders, Thyroid Disorders, Adrenal Insufficiency, Chronic Fatigue, Weight Loss, Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Nutrient\Mineral Infusions, and Anti-Aging. With advanced training in aesthetic medicine and a strong foundation in primary care, Ashley brings a unique blend of skills to her practice. Her clinical proficiency encompasses a wide range of areas including family planning, STD diagnosis and treatment, prenatal and postpartum care, hormone replacement therapy, and chronic condition management. Ashley’s commitment to patient care is evident in her ability to establish meaningful connections with her patients, leading to positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Our Approach

Our programs are all about reversing and slowing the aging process, preventing disease and treating chronically ill patients. We utilize a three-pronged approach: Firstly, we equip patients with the knowledge that is required to take charge of their health and achieve optimal well-being. Secondly, we focus on disease prevention by providing a thorough evaluation using comprehensive, advanced testing and diagnostics and the information provided on the patient’s health history form. And finally, we work with patients to implement a rejuvenation program that consists of various science-based treatments that reduce cellular degeneration, promote tissue regeneration and healing as well as slowing down the aging process.

We do NOT replace the role of the family physician, instead we work with primary care physicians, internists and other medical professionals to provide the optimum in integrated care. We consider each and every individual as physiologically unique, and we do not subscribe to a “one size fits all” approach. Our programs focus on a customized approach that will address risk factors that, if avoided or modified, could have beneficial effects for reducing the incidence of and premature mortality from the leading chronic conditions.
