Philip R. Hagerman is the Chairman and CEO of Forum Health Enterprises, Inc., a multifaceted organization comprised of Forum Health the nationwide network of integrative and functional medical practices, Inwell Biosciences the nutraceutical division, and Power2Practice the technology division. Phil provides oversight and supports the leadership team in connecting with investors.
Founded in February 2019, Forum Heath Enterprises has grown year over year through its community of practitioners by setting a new standard for healthcare. Under Mr. Hagerman’s leadership, in 2023 Forum Health was the first integrative medicine network to make the Inc. 5000 List of Fastest-Growing Companies in America.
Prior to his role with Forum Health, Mr. Hagerman co-founded Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy in 1975, which grew to become the nation’s largest independent specialty pharmacy, with revenue exceeding $4 billion in 2015 and achieving recognition as one of healthcare’s fastest-growing companies. Mr. Hagerman also led Diplomat through its IPO on the NYSE in October 2014.
With a deep understanding of the business, culture, and history of Diplomat, Mr. Hagerman has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial skills, regulatory knowledge, and expertise in marketing, strategy, and operations. In 2013, he founded SkyPoint Ventures, a real estate and venture investment firm based in Flint, Michigan, where he serves as CEO. SkyPoint Ventures focuses on early-stage companies across various disciplines, fostering entrepreneurship and developing industry-leading processes and technology.
