Erika Shepard's Bio

Erika is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of both Arizona State University and Georgetown University. In addition to being a medical provider, she is an international speaker who has spoken on stages like TEDx. With over 14 years in the medical field, Erika seamlessly integrates her conventional medical training with functional, integrative, and mind-body medicine. Combining the science of medicine with the wisdom of her professional and personal experiences, she empowers individuals to move beyond survival—helping them thrive in mind, body, spirit, and environment.

Erika is a fashionista who loves to travel the world and explore all things in Colorado with hiking, skiing, and wake surfing. You will find her exploring new restaurants and cuisines as food is a passion. She also enjoys spending time with her friends, and her cat, Ginger.
