Dr. Salyer founded Health Innate in 2017, the first functional medicine membership clinic in Wisconsin. She uses cognitive-behavioral and solutions-focused coaching, and evidence-based holistic therapies to help her patients regulate their stress response and achieve ideal brain-body resonance.
