Dr. Petersen is a nationally recognized Lyme disease specialist. His approach to illness is wholistic. As such he treats environmental toxins, endocrine disfunction, autonomic disfunction, electromagnetic disfunction, and any other infections in addition to Lyme disease. As a leader in Lyme disease management, Dr. Petersen has dedicated his career to unraveling the complexities of this debilitating condition. His commitment to pushing the boundaries of medicine is evident in his work in areas such as addiction recovery, chronic illness, thyroid disorders, hormone therapy, and pain management.

Dr. Petersen’s approach addresses conditions that often elude traditional diagnosis and treatment methods. Before his tenure as the chief of staff for Forum Health, Dr. Petersen served as the hospital chief of staff in Wellington Texas. With 24 years of experience as a physician, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a visionary perspective to every patient he serves. Dr. Garrett Seibold's Bio

"Seibold shared science backed options that were non traditional and also uses traditional approaches for Lyme, such as antibiotics. Now these treatments aren't cheap but so far I'm thinking it will be less than my out-of-pocket limit."

Dr. Garrett Seibold is a functional medicine physician with special interest in helping you unlock your body’s innate ability for self-healing through the primary mechanisms of diet and life-style modification. He is passionate about preventive and regenerative medicine and helping you create the health you desire and are meant to experience in life.

Dr. Seibold will work with you to uncover the “root cause” of illness and then develop a personalized plan for restoring your health and well-being. He specializes in autoimmune conditions, metabolic health, hormone therapy, sleep medicine, weight loss, and GI disorders.

Dr. Seibold has gained invaluable experience working in rural Idaho for more than 8 years in the outpatient setting, hospital wards, emergency department, and skilled nursing facilities. His greatest joy in life comes from spending time with his wife and five daughters. He also enjoys time spent on the golf course with family and friends.

Julie believes the body’s natural state is one of health, and only when outside factors disrupt this balance, does “Dis-ease” develop. In her practice, Julie’s goal is to restore the body’s natural balance by removing obstacles to health. As a proponent of psychedelic medicine and KAP therapy in the treatment of mood disorders and chronic pain, Julie Hamilton, NP, has overseen more than 2500 intravenous sessions.

She has witnessed firsthand the shortcomings of conventional medicine and therefore seeks to integrate alternative, Eastern modalities into the care of her patients. Julie is passionate about patient-centered, non-pharmacological care. Meditation, reiki, nutrition, yoga, and sleep each play an important role in health.

Julie is LGBTQIA allied and non-binary allied. She holds a deep appreciation for multiculturalism and diversity.

Julie is also a Dive Medical Officer with the Texas Guard.
