How do I become a patient?
To get started, please schedule an appointment by clicking here.
The length of the first new patient appointment is typically between 60-75 minutes where our provider will cover the current health issues you’re facing, review past medical history and lab work, and create a customized treatment plan.
On the day of your initial appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any paperwork. We look forward to partnering with you to create and help you continue your optimal health!
Do I need a referral?
We do not require a referral to see you as a patient.
Do you accept insurance?
We are cash-based only and all services provided must be paid for in full at the time of service - including Medicare patients.
When you check out and submit payment after your appointment, we’ll provide an itemized receipt (superbill) with required codes you can use to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. This varies by payer and we recommend contacting your insurance company in advance to understand their reimbursement policy relative to our services.
Please note:
- This does NOT include Medicare and Medicare Supplemental policies since we do not participate with Medicare. Medicare patients will need to sign an agreement of understanding legally required by Medicare.
- We offer many innovative treatments, and your insurance company may not pay for all of the treatments you receive in our office.

Why doesn't insurance cover the cost of this type of treatment?
Health Insurance is primarily designed to prevent catastrophic financial burden in the event of a medical disaster. Unfortunately, insurance cannot pay for every treatment, lab, test, or provider. Most preventative/wellness services are elective treatments and are not covered by traditional insurance plans. As individuals, we are all responsible for choosing what we wish to pay for in our lives, including health and wellness. The investment you make in your health is the greatest investment you will ever make.
What about future visits?
Your first visit is about 75 minutes with your second appointment in a month for about an hour. After the first two initial visits, you will meet with your provider as needed.
Who can become a patient?
Anyone can be a patient.
What happens if I cannot make my appointment?
There is no charge for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the time of appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged for half of the fee unless we are able to fill your appointment time.
How are my lab tests and associated fees handled?
We offer discounted lab pricing exclusively to our patients, regardless of insurance. On average, we save patients 79% on lab testing with our direct preferred pricing.
Can I use my FSA/HSA funds?
Yes! You can use your FSA/HSA funds to pay for any services at our clinics.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payment and balances for all services is required at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.
Are your treatments safe?
We intensely research all treatments prescribed, and our team uses many of them personally. Everything we do is focused on improving your overall health and reducing your risks of disease.
