Danielle Booth, 2x Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer grew up on a small family farm in Up-State NY and is a Veteran who served as an active duty member of the U.S. Coast Guard. An athlete growing up, and an aspiring helicopter pilot, at age 19 she decided to transition to a more passion-led career in the health field as a self-directed health coach supporting her mother’s holistic treatments through 4th stage metastatic breast cancer. Experiencing her mother’s transformation inspired her to study and self-experiment with the healing potential of the body to investigate treatments for her own personal health conditions. She is a recovering orthorexic and specializes in movement and exercise as a treatment to optimal health. She’s passionate about patient-centered care in creating lasting lifestyle change with the mind-body connection and assisting her clients in breaking through mental barriers and limiting beliefs through Positive Psychology and Mind Body Medicine.
She gained initial experience from a Naturopathic Doctor in a holistic wellness clinic in Bend Oregon while studying further from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She became a label-reading expert as an independent contractor specializing in natural supplements. Has become an advocate for patient empowerment in self-healing strategies to support their medical treatments. She holds 2 Health Coaching certifications and enjoys biohacking, home fresh cooking and gardening, holistic wellness networking, stand up paddle boarding, pilates, crossfit, art, nature therapy, outdoor photography, traveling and artisanal mixology.
