Yasmine Russell

Yasmine has been a health coach for over 5 years and is currently a neuro-linguistic programming student. She is a contributing recipe writer in Dr. Peter Kozlowski’s book, “Unfunc Your Gut: A Functional Medicine Guide” and I developed a nutritional plan which combines both low fodmap and elimination diets.
Yasmine is passionate about high quality whole foods and enjoys creating fun chef tricks for incorporating more veggies into family meals.
Yasmine was born into a vegan family and currently practices veganism along with monthly juice fasts. She is also training to get into Body Building shape by the time she’s 50!
