Patricia DeAngelis is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a practice focus in functional and integrative medicine since 2018. She has been in the healthcare and wellness space for over 35 years which has allowed her to develop strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of her client’s needs. She is an Institute for Functional Medicine certified provider with a background in Family Medicine and an experienced Health Coach giving her a comprehensive understanding of primary care and lifestyle medicine with a root cause approach to treating her clients.
Patricia follows the Institute for Functional Medicine’s methods ensuring evidence-based and patient-centered care. She incorporates regenerative and lifestyle medicine, bio identical hormone replacement therapy, nutraceuticals, and IV therapy as part of her treatment offerings.
In 2019, Patricia was severely injured in a car accident and applied regenerative and functional medicine to help herself heal. Her personal experience has given her a unique perspective on the benefits of these technologies in healing.

Patricia specializes in hormone imbalances for men and women using bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. She also treats obesity and weight gain with medical weight loss, autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular conditions and gut health.
