Oven-Baked Granola

Yields 15 Servings, Serving Size: 1⁄4 cup, Vegetarian

  • Oats (2 cups)
  • Sliced almonds (1 cup)
  • Pumpkin seeds (1⁄2 cup)
  • Coconut oil (1⁄4 cup)
  • Honey (1⁄4 cup)
  • Raw maple syrup (1⁄4 cup)
  • Flax seeds (2 TBS)
  • Hemp seeds (2 TBS)
  • Vanilla extract (1 tsp)
  • Cinnamon (1⁄2 tsp)
  • Salt (1⁄4 tsp)

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix flax seeds, hemp seeds, honey, oats, pumpkin seeds, raw maple syrup, and sliced almonds.
  3. Once mixed, stir in cinnamon, coconut oil, salt, and vanilla extract.
  4. Line a baking pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper, then spread the mixture across the pan.
  5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
