You'll receive a lab order form, schedule your blood draw, and once results are ready, complete your virtual visits with a provider and a coach.
Once you sign up, we’ll provide instructions to book your blood draw at a nearby Quest Diagnostics location.
Yes, if you’re selecting the Functional Medicine Consult and your lab work was completed within the last 90 days—including all required panels—we can use those results for your consultation. Please note, previously completed labs cannot be reviewed during Forum Foundations sessions due to time constraints.
You’ll typically receive your lab test results within 7–10 business days. Your visit will already be scheduled during onboarding, so no need to wait for results to book your consultation.
Your Forum Health provider will review your lab results in detail, explain what they mean, and guide you through next steps for better health.
Your certified health coach helps you create a realistic wellness plan, build habits, and stay accountable—turning insight into action.
